This is most likely a scam. The number to dial is an 070 number. These numbers are used by sammers as they can charge per min a lot more than the 090 numbers. What usually happens is either the caller will be played a ringing tone to try and get them to hang on for as long as possible and maybe phone back. Or the caller will talk a load of crap for as long as possible.

I believe when these numbers were first set up they were able to charge 50 a min but now there is a cap on it which is still stupidly high.

My advice, don't even call the number to see if the add is genuine. You could be stung with a rather large phone bill.

It's a phone safe number so you don't have to hand out your personal number - charged at the normal rate.
I used this when my car was on both PH and AT - I'm certainly not a scammer

maybe the guy is just desperate to sell? call him up/ email him and ask some challenging questions
