    Default Towels

What's the best quality towels that you can buy?

I was having a look on ebay (i'd prefer to avoid of course) and see some Egyptian cotton towels etc.

I like really old ones that are rough as blazes, great for back scratching. Mrs and Miss Frac prefer M&S ones, I get thier old ones...........

    Bath towels? John Lewis?

If you want to pay silly money for towels hand woven by Egyptian Virgins then I expect Harrods will have something

If its for the car then Tesco's microfibres will do fine - or Zymol's towels if you must! (says the man who owns about 6 of them ).

I seem to remember for the car the things should have no "sizing" in them & you shouldn't use fabric softener when you wash them - takes the wax off the car the next time you use them (or something like that anyway!)
