    I thought I would take a look at my fuel lines while doing some winter jobs, very badly bent where the fuel metering unit gets flipped upside down doing cam seals, I hold my unit up on bungee cords to the engine lid instead, this stops them getting kinked.

    Nice cath Paul

    They don't look too good !! Depending on what fuel line it is, some internal pipes are like hard(ish) plastic, not rubber, so really don't like being bent; internal dia does not come back when "unbent". (Guys at Pirtek warned me.)

    You should get a better fuel flow with new pipes = faster

    Like that, also noticed its connecting rubber fuel hose looking a bit sorry for itself, so that will be gone also whilst in there, does it ever end

    Update to this old thread, jobs I've done this year myself

    Complete brake flush
    New front fan filters
    New fuel lines
    Updated headlights to LED's
    New cam belts
    New belt tensioners
    Valve clearances done
    Cam seals fitted


    Next year suspension bushes to refresh
