    well I popped into the local OPC and I must admit I thought the Cayman was Fab - but they really are missing a trick by not exposing the engine .

    not so moved by the boxster.

    But the list of options is endless and can easily add 15 to 20k to the price

    A great daily drive. Fun, reliable and very inexpensive to run (981). It's all subjective but I love my Cayman GTS. Missed out on the GT 4, now that is special.

    £ for £ they are very hard to beat.

    BMW Z4 would be my preference.

    We've only got the paupers Z4, the 3.0si but I do like a straight six.

    I keep telling myself it's half the engine of the 550

    Well I've decided that its a cayman for me..........the question is whether I wait for the new 718 version in 6 months , or order an 981 version now, or buy second hand....

    I believe you can as the new 718 Cayman is yet to be announced
