No and yes. You need to ensure it's somewhere dry, the units are not waterproof

I found some conflicting info on Fchat on how best to do this, but found that removing the hoses to each valve (2 off) was quite simple after only needing to drop the rear diffuser and not even having to put the car on stands. They are very tight, but do just pull off, and hereís a photo of one for reference with hose removed -

Iíll plug the lines, cover the valve openings and box up tomorrow as it was getting late tonight, but couldnít resist hearing the result, sounds a beast!https://youtu.be/t8wq8omTNhI

I have a charity run around the Brecon Beacons on Sunday so will see how I find it. Itís organised by the local MG club (but open to all marques and ages of vehicles) and is always an excellent days driving with some interesting cars, the only worry I have is thereís always a lot of coffin dodgers on the run and I may cause a few heart attackís with the new full fat sound

Brilliant day out yesterday on the MG run, over 70 cars and everything from an MG metro (remember them ) to a Ferrari. It's an annual road trip for charity of 100 +miles through the Brecon Beacons with full tulip map. Great fun.

Loving the new sound at low rpm's, will be going for the valve controller, not that they'll be getting shut very much, but will be handy to have the option.

Some photos from the finish at Dan yr Ogof caves. Also my co-driver, little Harri, doing his bit promoting CS with his cap

I have a set of the ACER racing titanium wheel bolts and the forza exhaust valve controller en-route.

The only trouble with these newer Ferrariís is not much seems to wear out or break, so not much winter tinkering required, which is a good and a bad thing as I do enjoy the spannering.

Stick it in my garage, the suspension on both our cars can be done at the same time.

I just got the last "box" of bits to do the front on mine.

A shout out to Maranello, Superformance (amazingly quick shipping as always), Redbay cars and Pro-sport (Thanks for helping Mike, who didn't have what I needed, but sourced it quickly and kept me up to date all the way through. Somebody who does what he says he will do. Rare!).

And no mention to "those who will not be named" for taking my money, messing about for over a week only to realise they didn't have 1/2 the parts I wanted, after I prompted them by asking "when are you going to ship my parts", and then ignoring the other 1/2 of my order!!

All that's left to do is to try and not dismantle all the car to take things to the "candy stores" aka powder coaters and platers
