To change your password you must know and enter your existing one. If you can't remember your existing (browser stored) then I think you will need to use the front page where you ask for a password reset which by memory you will get an email sent with a link.

So after 180 days the site has made me change my password, all done and back online using my iPad

But I want to use my PC using chrome and it says wrong user name or password, YOU HAVE USED UP YOUR FAILED LOGIN QUOTA! please wait 15 minutes before trying again.

Which I did and still can't login using my PC, is there an additional security operation in the background preventing me logging in.
Never used my PC before on CS, always just the iPad
