    Default Anyone 'Glamped' at Silverstone

Hi - I want to buy a weekend package for the F1 and therefore would like to stay on site but the campervan plots have all sold out.

Just wondering if anyone has ever used the Glamping option and also wondered how far it is from the circuit. I will be buying seats for Becketts grandstand

I don't know about camping options, but if there is availability try and book for Whittlebury Hall, though it won't be that cheap, it really adds to the experience of the weekend.

Many of the drivers stay there and there is a lot of history in the building as you walk around and look at the mementoes of guests who have stayed there over time.

I'm pretty certain it's out on the Towcester rd on the other side of the bypass. Take a look at Google maps to the north of the circuit for Hamilton fields campsite, think it's nr there

Thanks - Just doing a little more research, its doesn't look like Silverstone that actually organise it, its the surrounding sites, so might be able to glean some further info from each of them
