Still waiting for AIB to quote. Classic Line gave me a price of £759.00 plus £25.00 for an agreed value of £95k to be backed up with pictures. Underwritten by ERS (Equity Red Star) - not a bad quote I thought.

However - now I look at reviews for ERS, I can't find anyone who says a good word about them !

WOW, you guys are paying some serious premiums!!

Obviously there is no exact like for like in this world, but we don't pay more than around £900 for our two daily drives plus the 348.

Are you all 30 years old living in the centre of Birmingham???!

Feeling momentarily smug; until renewal time that is

Car insurance remains a mystery to me I had two fully comp policies a VW Polo diesel 1.4 and an Audi S3. I am sure you can all work out which is the quicker one !! but both cost me about £200 ish to insure with the S3 being 70p more expensive

Other than the badge there the same thing arenít they, so a small premium for the dishonour of owning an Audi seems reasonable.

Are they on separate policies Mark as I never saw the price for each?

It was 30 for me Dave. Watch that one or it could be expensive!
Chubb have no age limit. They have to be named only if they live at the address.
My youngest is a bit gutted that she canít drive the 360 whilst her boyfriend could (notice I donít say can/does).
To be able to drive, she has to move out.....thereís never a response to that. Result!
I should have added two named drivers (both 50 somethingís knocking on 35 )
One accident within 3 years. No points. Good postcode.

Dave I assume your 4 are all single named driver as that halves your risk compared to us.

We need Mark or Mod to write an algorithm on pricing

Anyways....off to the pub to watch Engeerrland.

£510 for 1500 m/year. The low allowance probably helps keep the price down I have it valued at £77k. No idea if I could replace the car for that.
    £360 for my worthless CLK
£170 for the Alfa Spider limited to 3k/year also not really worth that much.

I'm the only driver on all policies. I do have a Manchester postcode
