    It is cool, Jos. I looked at trading the 348 for a high mileage (over 100k miles) 308 QV but in RHD 6 months ago but a dealer I know well talked me out of it. Said cylinders will need re-lining (or something?), parts of the suspension tend to be shot by that mileage, several other things. Essentially he said as it hadn't been restored and had an engine rebuild it would cost me a small fortune to get into a reasonable condition mechanically let alone cosmetically due solely to the miles on the clock.

    Think how much fun has had been with that car. Brilliant.

    I seen a 911 GT3 for sale the other day with over 200k on it and thought the same - just magnificent that it's been used as intended

    not often I see one with more miles than me Be interested to see if it sells given the views on the other thread about if its over 100K miles no chance of selling blah blah.
    Might be hope for me yet

    Everything will sell, just a matter of at what price. The estimate is about half to two thirds the asking price of other cars on the market. Id expect it to sell if the estimate is accurate.

    The best Ferrari I've ever driven was a 360 with circa 160,000 miles on the clock, which had led a hard life as a track demonstrator.
