    Default California help

Hi all, not even sure if this is the correct way to post but I shall try. We have just bought a California 30 from a Main dealer and having a few issues, the main being that the car 'pinks' under acceleration I have never had this since the good old days of mk 111 escorts and the introduction of lead free petrol! has anyone else ever experienced this issue? sorry if I am in the incorrect forum btw. Also help on uploading a picture will be good if anyone can

    Default Welcome

I never knew this section existed !

Sorry can't help with your issue other than to suggest trying different petrol and/or checking back with dealer

Hope you get it sorted soon

It does........ but itís for club announcements etc so have moved this thread to Technical Q&A where it should get more visability.

Welcome. As said before dealer to fix.

If you haven't found it FChat (US version of this forum) is worth dipping into as there are far more users; you just have to put up with Americans

(Not quite the same as landy land, smaller hammers )

    Wink

thanks again, I have got Lancaster Ferrari collecting the car and having a look. We have only had it a couple of weeks and its now put the engine management light on so I assume they are connected. Fingers crossed they can repair it no probs. we have had Astons prior to this so we are used to the silly technical issues!
