Not hard to translate. Probably pretty obvious what it means and yes you should pay it. Do you want the risk of being stopped in future for a bigger fine?

Post a copy and we'll help you. But do it quickly as there is normally a prompt payment discount.

I had a parking ticket in Italy in May, which I haven't paid. I would dispute the reason it was given, but on top of that I would dispute how I could pay it as it has no IBAN or SWIFT number on the ticket, just a local bank account no. So how can I transfer the money without a load of difficulty

Don't worry Francis, in about a year they will pass it onto the Police with the amount payable quadrupled. Will have a IBAN number then IIRC. Been there, seen it, worn the T-shirt

As for the French ticket. If they go to the trouble of getting your details from DVLA and send a ticket to your home address then they should send the ticket in your native language.

it has the same heading but 3 pages ....having gone through it best I can see is that this is a final reminder..... I have not seen the first!!!! I would have thought there is a time limit of less than 10 months to issue a ticket ???? thing is I don't have that car anymore...
