For some reason as I approach my locked car it no longer unlocks even though my key is with me. I cannot seem to find how to activate this in the owners manual. My key ban manually lock and unlock the door but it’s far more convenient to have the car unlock automatically as I approach it. Any suggestions?
 
Have you tried replacing the battery? Might not help but you never know. Not sure but think it's the same as this fob:

I have trying to do the reverse and stop this. The attached guide is not the clearest, it is all about double pressing.
