355: gear ratios and max in gear speeds

Does anyone know the maximum in gear speeds of a F355 or what the mph per 1000rpm in each gear is please?

The numbers from Autocar & Motor road test published on 01 June 1994.

5 speed manual:

Ratios /mph per 1000 rpm

1st 3.07/5.9
2nd 2.16/8.3
3rd 1.61/11.2
4th 1.27/14.1
5th 1.03/17.4
6th 0.84/21.4

Final drive ratio 3.56

The above ratios are rounded to 2 decimal places, the WSM values are 3 decimals with one difference for 6th gear Swiss version cars (0.861). Pre and post 1998 ratios appear to be the same.

which appears to be an early car reviewed and it has these ratios

Ratios /mph per 1000 rpm

1st 3.74 5.7
2nd 2.63 8.1
3rd 1.96 10.8
4th 1.55 13.8
5th 1.26 16.9
6th 1.02 20.8

which is strange because at 8500rpm would give only a top speed of 176.8mph rather than 181.9 as above.
