    Default 2010 F1 Entry List

I thought in honour of this imminent & significant announcement due just before lunch today we needed a new thread

Lets start it with the Telegraph's rumour this morning :

"it is understood that both McLaren-Mercedes and Brawn GP will be excluded from the list"

When you have to start using legal threats (Ecclestone) to get people to honour what you see as their conractual commitments or when you have to use legal action to escape what you think is a broken contract (Ferrari) the business relationship is very, very badly damaged. It may well be that McLaren etc will have to sit out next year but if they do it must be very damaging. I can't see how Brawn could survive it.

No. It is about entries for next year not this year. I'll have a small wager those three new teams aren't all on the grid next year though. Utterly bored with all this tedious politics.

A team using the lotus name against the wishes of lotus placed an entry but were obviously not accepted, only 3 of the 7 or 8 entries were going to be accepted.
