Sell the seats (to me) - they would probably fund half the restoration!

I've noticed, having looked at pics of 'damaged-repairable' cars before, that they all seem to be filthy inside. It's as though a car sustains a small amount of damage and all involved suddenly decide to stop treating it with any respect whatsoever. Does anyone know why this is? I could understand, if the car had no salvageable parts whatsoever, that people would not bother taking any care when handling/storing it, but with a car like this which is fundamentally sound, why let it get mucky inside?

Good luck with your project, will be interesting to see the pictures as you transform her.
Is it just limited to suspension damage or is the chassis bent or twisted

Good luck, did one myself a while back. It's amazing how much they end up costing from the point of just getting them rolling again !!!

Prosport sell pattern front bumpers (and other panels) for a fraction of the OEM cost. If you end up using one I'd be interested in what the quality and fit was like.
