Retrim recommendations?

Hi all. Just looking into the future and one 'upgrade' I may be looking at eventually is an interior retrim, sort of 'part 2' to go with the Capristo and Hyperflows. My seats are looking a lot better than they were but the reconnolising was only really an interim measure. As I think the leather itself under the repair is cracked, they will need to be done again at some stage. Rather than perpetually getting them stripped and recoloured I like the idea of getting new leather and actually looking after it. I looked around and found a company that did some pretty awsome work but a rough quote specically for my 348 seemed to include a little too much Ferrari Tax for me; £4000 for the seats, £5500 for the rest. I'm guessing I can get a good quality retrim for less than just shy of £10k. Any suggestions? I'm north of Watford (in Lincolnshire actually) but for good work at the right price can obviously ship the car.

Try B-Trim in Enfield. They specialise in BMW and Porsche but I know have done Ferraris in the past too. Very high standard of work and reasonable cost.

Thanks Faisal. I know there are places about that are quite a bit cheaper than the company I spoke to down towards Norfolk. £5k just for the seats seems a bit steep (to say the least). If and when I do go for it, I want a decent job done, though. I'll not B-Trim down as a possible to chase up. Cheers.

Faisal, there's got to be some mistake. Just been looking a B-Trim. For a mid size saloon for front and rear seats, door cards and rear panels, and all done in bespoke Nappa at a bit extra, they're quoting £1600. Even the lot in a Range Rover Sport is only £2k in bespoke Nappa. I'd want the lot done (ie centre consol, dash doors but obviously only 2 seats which should offset it a bit. Seems a good price compared to my other estimate. Not sure how they can charge that much?!? Great tip. Cheers.

I can second that from Steve, Mark trimmed the seats on every show car I produced as I don't do stitching.

He also did the seats and steering wheel in my BM, Bentley Beluga leather bolsters, diamond stitched Alcantara centres and leather with Alcantara on the steering wheel. I will post some pics if I get chance to

obviously not to everyone's taste but I like it and it was made even better that Mark is a ManU fan

I did the strip out and refit myself.Mainly only the Tan done with a small amount of the black.I'm sure Mark will do all the work but you would need to have a chat with him about it.
