Nothing! Fully retired from Christmas and hopefully 10k next year.

I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately.... seem to have been preoccupied, but I can’t think what with
I’ve done nothing to the car for a while and it was well overdue a service. It was due belts last October but I’d deferred it until this spring then got caught up in lockdown so as soon as AE started back up I wanted it in.

Car effectively had a annual 2 plus belt service with new HE tensioner bearings, coolant and a few minor remedial jobs.

I also had the 360 CH/CS engine mounts fitted a few years back swapped out for standard 360 ones and what a difference when using the car today. NVH levels have dropped massively and the drivetrains is far more compliant and less clunky.

If anyone wants any part used but good condition CS/CH engine mounts drop me a line before I eBay them.

I've been pondering selling the car for a few months and once the worm sets in . Lockdown and a decent service bill (belts) didn't cement the relationship this year so last night I grabbed a few quick pics and drafted a PH advert. Slept on it and made it live this morning. The car sold within two hours and with a deposit in my bank account the ad is now withdrawn and all going well it should be heading down south tomorrow.

Very mixed emotions but the time is right and I'll still drop by the site every now and then...and Oh yes, I'll sell off my spares collection in the 'for sale' including the 18" CH wheels over the next few weeks
