Modifying the OEM F430 Muffler ?

has anyone done this ? I anyway need to cut into my as have a loose baffle plate, plan to do that from underneath but I am sure that there are ways of making it flow better ? an internal x-pipe being the best solution for the swiss police

So strangely on cutting inside the exhaust today, I dont have a loose baffle plate but what looks like two roman coins fell out, I guess they are plates which block a couple of the internal pipes ??

Look like the waste discs from part stamping...

Shoddy quality if that’s the case.
