Insurance and trackers

Just starting to consider the renewal cycle which is due soon and want to make some changes.

The ADR navtrack tracking devices fitted from new to my F430 and 599 have elapsed.

Given the advances in tech and the reductions in costs of the cellular systems that they operate with what is the best and most cost effective way to re-boot these?

AND / OR

Any suggestions for alternatives both insurers and /or technology options....
