Default 458 Pollen filter change, How to ???

Hi All, I removed the 3 screws around the Pollen filter but the panel will not budge ?? so all I can think is the wiper arms have to be removed so the complete trim panel in front of the screen has to be removed ?? is that correct, any help appreciated, Regards DM

Pretty certain it just slides in from the top, no need to undo screws etc

Hi F355GTS, you are absolutely right ??, I just could not believe it ?? and with a bit of wiggling out it came, who would have guessed, so now I am thinking how useful is a Pollen filter in a 458 as I am sure pollen is quite small and could easily find its way around the filter ??, anyway Thanks for your help, Regards DM

As a chronic hay fever and the pollen allergy sufferer i can tell you pollen filters most definitely do work.

in the peak seasons - as a kid - travelling in a car would be hell.

All my cars have them and A/C so i don't need to drive with windows down in summer.

I also ensure that within the cars services that should have a pollen filter change it is done (often easy to skip for an unsuspecting owner)
