'On Your Marks' Charity Rides Day 15th August

Following the success of Tadworth, well done everybody again :thumbsup: and talk on the Littlehavens thread I thought I'd bump this as it falls in between the two.

We need to get some more cars/ drivers/ helpers/ display cars for this event to make it work so come on guys/ girls should be a great day out with loads to do away from the track as well, it would be good to see the list filling up :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Need more support for this guys & girls, if we can't get up to around the 25 cars then sadly we'll have to consider dropping out of the day :cry:


A few more details of the day

We will be joining other Car clubs and providing Ferrari rides around the Bruntingthorpe proving ground. Each group can have 6 active cars at anytime and normally operate with a pool of around 25 Cars. At lunchtime there is the opportunity to take the kids out who are benefiting from the day

It’s a family day out with loads to do for all ages including for £5 - off road driving, karting, drive a truck, be a rally co driver, etc etc there's Helicopter rides for £25, an Hour’s helicopter tuition for £100!, , Sir Geoff Hurst is coming along, sales of George clothing at much reduced pricing, bouncy castles, this Year Richard Noble and Bloodhound SSC will be there and there will be an airshow at lunchtime inc. Spitfire, Mustang, one of the red bull air race competitors etc etc etc
 
I hope we do get the numbers. I have driven Bruntinghtorpe in the past and its a fantastic track!:thumbsup:
Some great straights with open fields surrounding it so if you were to spin off its generally onto grass.

It would be a real shame not to be able to support :cry:

it's with much regret that we have cancelled our support for this day due to poor numbers. Ideally we needed 25 Cars and whilst 14 or so initially expressed interest in the end I could only get commitment from 4 definites.
