430 scuderia ecu help

sleeper

New member
Hello everyone. I’m new so thank you for letting me in! I have a 430 scuderia with 5,000 miles on the clock; first paint and beautiful condition. However it comes with a Novitec 747 twin supercharger conversion! I have had the car fully serviced and gone through by Bell Sport and Classic and indeed it is as it should be for such a low mileage example. I tracked down the previous owner who had the conversion done and purchased the original airbox and wheels from him (still on the same pallet sent back from Novitec!).
Anyways; I would like to return the car back to standard; perhaps sell on the supercharger kit; it’s all very profesional (£65k back in the day!). The issue I have is finding someone who can reprogram the ecu’s. People are not really doing the old school stuff but that’s what I need!
Any help gratefully received!
The car is of course a beast but it’s also as new and warrants returning to original shape.
Thanks so much
Mike

Hi and welcome to CS. I'm not sure exactly what would be required, not quite 'old school' enough for my knowledge ;), but could these guys help or would it require something more?

Also, I'm thinking about using Bell for an engine out major as well as a few extras early in the new year, how did you find them? Bit of a distance for me up here in rural Lincolnshire but I've heard they are a good outfit. Feel free to PM your response if you'd prefer it not to be on the open forum.

Welcome: you could do worse than talk to Aldous at AVEngneering both about the programming and the work - at a guess if he does not do the ECU in house he'll talk to Eric355 or 360Trev

Thanks for the response. I think I may need someone a little more specialised than these guys, but I’ll make contact and see what they say.
I found Bell Sport and Classic extremely thorough and I’d have no problem recommending them at all. Nice people too!

Thanks so much; I’ve emailed them and see how we go? Do Eric355 and 360Trev know how to deal with the ecu’s 😁
Thanks
Mike

Thanks. Just spoken to Alex there and have booked my car in for the end of Jan.
