Best if we have to have something different for legal reasons.

Something unique and memorable as we need to attract members and advertisers.
 
Unless we know the facts about legality it should be left. The ferrarichat.co.uk nae is ours is it not?? If the name belonged to the tosser then it would not belong to us. He is in the USA and we are in the UK. I bet he cant do siht about it.

Superb! I don't think can Nob can do anything. I often guess a company website, and it comes up with something else. Today I was trying to find Servis fridges in the UK so guessed servis.co.uk. Got some total crap website. That's just the way it is, whover registers it first gets it. :D

I don't think anybody wants it as the forum name. What is good though is that it redirects to this site rather than to any other. There's nothing anyone can do to complain about that; it is up to the owner of the domain name where he redirects it to.

What is the status on this plan ? As the UK is quiet at the moment may be a good time to implement. I don't think we need more than 3 or 4 sections - maybe General Ferrari topic , Off topic, Dealers, Meetings/track days

I think its going to be implemented in a couple of weeks, along with a few other things to kick start the UK section back into life......if you have any thoughts on this I'm sure that Rob and Stig would appreciate some positive ideas

feel sorry for stigmundo..must be lonely over there!
