Sadly, not OEM but these are the closest looking aftermarket ones you'll find. I was going to put these into my white spider but events over took me. The seats are Cobra Misano: http://www.cobraseats.com/-Misano-S
They are full carbon backed (unlike the Sparco ones). The seats will need to be recovered in leather to match your interior. The seats currently have a silver carbon back but I sourced a pair of regular carbon backs - when the seats are trimmed the backs can be swapped over.
These seats are second hand and are dusty from storage. However, in the hands of a trimmer they will look awesome. I have included some photos I grabbed off the internet showing them in all their glory.
These seats do not have frames however Cobra make specific frames for the Ferrari 360 which will fit the 430 as well. http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/perfo.../car/ferrari/360/cobra-tailored-seat-subframe
The price is £350. I reckon you could have them trimmed and in your car for less than £1k (including the £350). Fellow CS member Cactussed has these in his 355 and they look amazing (which is where I got the idea from).
