Richard has been banned for 24 hours for his continuous campaign to disrupt and destabilise Club Scuderia. Since his return to the forum on 22nd Feb, after his previous ban, he has made in excess of 30 posts deliberately seeking to undermine the committee and/or the moderators and to thereby destabilise and disrupt this club and its forum.

He has been asked via PM to cease and desist by the committee on a number of occasions in recent weeks. He was also warned that if he continued this would be the end result.

This ban has been referred to the committee to consider whether to extend it in the long term interests of Club Scuderia.

Following on from the 1 day ban, and after consideration by the committee, some access to Club Scuderia forums will remain off limits to rmdferrari. However, after taking into account his valuable involvement with various charitable events, he will be given full access to the Meets and Ferraritalk sections during that period. The position will be reviewed in 6 months .

This initial 1 day ban was referred to the committee to consider whether to extend it in the long term interests of Club Scuderia.

The committee have decided that the ban should be extended indefinitely with a review to be made after the membership have had the chance to fully discuss the recent membership survey, the results of which will be published shortly.

Reason: For publishing a Private Message from the committee in relation to his activities on the forum & thereby making a number of posts which the committee judged to have crossed the line in respect of rule 3q) : Do not post anything that will disrupt the positive harmony of the Forum

Reason: Despite repeated private requests for Richard to moderate his behaviour, it's clear following the FGear feedback thread he can't or wont do this. A previous permanent ban was lifted earlier on the agreement that this wouldn't happen again. Regrettably we've now reached the stage where it's become necessary to issue a final permanent ban that will not be lifted.
