AIB’s Keeping the Radfords Roaming

AIB’s Keeping the Radfords Roaming

AIB’s pleased to say we insure the Youtube family, the Roaming Radfords, on their journeys through Europe. Not only do they have specialist cover on their motorhome but also breakdown covering them for Europe and the UK so they can roam happy. To find out more on their story go to: https://www.aib-insurance.co.uk/blog/roamingradfords

AIB are still offering discount to forum members, so for your specialist Ferrari and motorhome cover quote go to: https://www.aib-insurance.co.uk/products/car-insurance/motorhome-insurance

I'd be interested to know what options are available with AIB for insuring a car for an extended stay in Europe. Example scenario: We may wish to drive into the EU and have a months usage before flying home, leaving a car securely garaged for a month or so at our Euro home. Then we fly back into the EU enjoy another months usage before driving back home to the UK...

Thanks, I'll have to investigate further but it's a little way off for now as our build is still underway. We'd thought about buying an Italian runabout but unless you're a citizen it seems that you can't buy and register an Italian car. However (ho ho...), our neighbours to be very cheaply set up a non-trading Italian company that then allowed them to register an Italian car and use it. So, bring on the Fiat 500! I wanted one as an garden ornament, now it seems I may be able to bomb around in one and park it in scooter spaces
