pictures of your motorcycles...

Here's my current steed (DD BMW 330d in background) - Ducati Multistrada 1200S Touring - but potentially I'm going to swap it in June for a new BMW R1200RS, subject to test ride. Screen Shot 2015-04-29 at 11.50.32.jpg

More Italian Exotica

This is my MV Augusta F3. One of a few bikes in my man cave.

I guarantee that this bike is unique in the UK !

GARAGE1.JPG

It's a Narcisse Tandem-a-Moteur built in Paris in 1953.

I bought it at a French Classic Car garage near Le Mans with a Type H Van which we restored some years ago.
We took the Type H back to LeMans which was great fun but we were offered a ridiculous sum by a serious collector so that's now moved on.

The Narcisse has since been stripped down and the frame painted. A new piston has been made for the 90cc Aubier and Dunn engine and it's waiting rebuilding when I have the time.

Why did I buy it ? Because it looked a bit lonely at the back of the garage and there was room in the H Van to bring it home.

Sometimes you buy things for the sake of it.......and it's how they survive. Love this one Chris , keep the pics coming as you rebuild.:)

The frame has been hidden behind a dressing table in a bedroom for at least five years.

Guess I'm now going to have to get on with it just to keep you lot amused !!!!

Wow, never seen one of those Chris, you better get your finger out and get it on the road after five years gathering dust.
It's so unique and odd ball you've got to fix her up, lots of pics please:grin:

Anyone who has rebuilt anything with wheels on knows you have to bring bits of it into the house to let the paint go off .........5 years is normal, and if I added up all the bits of cars / bikes/ planes/etc I have in the house then i could probably make one whole vehicle !!!
